CABOTELLA
A German style lager, similar in many ways to traditional Mexican lager beers. It has a light and refreshing taste, perfect to drink in the sun by the pool. This beer needs to be served as cold as possible.

Goes well with salads, fish dishes and anything spicy.

This hefeweizen is a true Bavarian style Weissbier in every sense. Abundant clove and banana aromas make this an award winning recipe. A refreshing brew traditionally served with a orange wedge if you desire, we won’t mind.

Body-Medium Full Color-Cloudy Gold Hop Bitterness-Mild

PELIROJA
A well balanced combination of malts and hops come together to produce this red full bodied beer. Aromatic at first, the malt soon dominates the flavor of this ale, finally giving way to a smooth hop finish. This beer has the most flavor, aroma and body of the three beers. Not for people who say they like light beers.

Goes well with pizza, sandwiches and burgers and even steaks.

ESCORPION NEGRO
Finally a black beer with no bitterness this Swartzbier is brewed with special carafe roasted malt that give it a dark color and a malty taste. Light toasted flavor with a clean finish this dark beer will surprise you.

OATMEAL STOUT
This stout has a lightly roasted character and a full creamy head. The almost black body produces heavy coffee notes in the aroma. It is soft on the tongue and leaves a hint of chocolate in the aftertaste. A perfect beer to pair with dessert, or the beer itself can be dessert.
